92jito Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "92jito", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 92jito gaming platform, its operators, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a 92jito account.
• "Platform" refers to the 92jito website at https://92jito.com, including all subpages, gaming products, sportsbook services, promotional materials, and support channels.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player that have cleared all verification checks and are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by 92jito that are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Balance must be staked on qualifying games before it converts to Real Money Balance.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform would constitute a breach of applicable local law.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which all Platform transactions are denominated.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification procedures 92jito is required to conduct on all registered players.

By accessing the 92jito Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and the 92jito Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account by contacting 92jito support via live chat.

To register and maintain an Account on 92jito, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This age threshold is fixed and non-negotiable. 92jito conducts mandatory age verification on all new accounts and reserves the right to request documentary proof at any time.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold 92jito Accounts.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 92jito, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order on the 92jito Platform or any other responsible gaming scheme that encompasses 92jito's services.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in your name in Pakistan.

92jito reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension.

Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one active Account on 92jito. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Where multiple Accounts are identified, 92jito will close all but the earliest verified Account. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate Accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. You agree to notify 92jito immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 92jito will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

Account Inactivity. An Account that records no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as inactive. 92jito may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant Account balances. The applicable fee and conditions will be communicated to the registered email address before any deduction is applied. Players may reactivate an inactive Account by logging in and, if applicable, completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

Account Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting 92jito support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending bets must be settled and any outstanding bonus conditions resolved. Verified Real Money Balances will be returned to the player's most recently used payment method within a reasonable processing period.

All deposits to your 92jito Account must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. 92jito does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Accepted payment methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. This list is subject to change at 92jito's discretion.

All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum single-transaction deposit limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. These limits may vary depending on your payment method and KYC verification status.

By depositing funds, you warrant that the funds being deposited are legitimately yours and are not derived from any unlawful activity. 92jito operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and may require documentary evidence of the source of funds in cases where deposits exceed threshold amounts or appear inconsistent with your account profile.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the 92jito Account. 92jito does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete full KYC verification, including identity, age, and address confirmation. This is a regulatory requirement and cannot be waived. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional verification at 92jito's discretion.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 24 hours of approval for fully verified accounts.
• HBL, UBL & Meezan Bank: Typically processed within one to two business days of approval, subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule.

92jito reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms and Conditions. Players will be informed of any such hold and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.

92jito offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General rules applicable to all 92jito bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed KYC verification unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Creating additional Accounts to claim the welcome bonus again constitutes fraud.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before the Wagering Requirement is met will be forfeited along with any winnings derived from them.
• 92jito reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to an Account at the time of modification.
• If 92jito identifies that a player has used more than one account, or has made deposits with the intention of meeting Wagering Requirements without genuine gaming intent, 92jito may void the bonus and any associated winnings.

All games available on the 92jito Platform are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with the specific rules of any game before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a player to a refund of lost wagers.

Sports Betting. All sports bets on 92jito are governed by the sportsbook rules published on the Platform. These rules address event cancellation, void bets, postponements, match result verification, and in-play bet settlement. PSL cricket markets and all other cricket events are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. 92jito's determination of the official result is final.

Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, server outage, or game malfunction, 92jito reserves the right to void affected bets. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous payout, 92jito reserves the right to reclaim the overpaid amount from the player's Account balance. 92jito will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.

Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or sportsbook market. 92jito reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific Accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92jito Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or through another individual.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or loopholes in the Platform software. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported to support and will be voided if not reported.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any other multiplayer format to gain an advantage over the house or other players.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or disguise money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity theft, or payment fraud.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 92jito staff or other players via any communication channel including live chat, email, or third-party social media.

All content on the 92jito Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software code, text, photographs, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of 92jito or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written consent from 92jito.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the 92jito name, logo, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by 92jito.

Any unauthorised use of 92jito intellectual property may result in Account suspension and may expose the infringing party to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92jito's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

92jito shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or any other indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from internet service interruptions, mobile network outages, or technical failures outside of 92jito's direct control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• The conduct of third-party game providers whose titles are hosted on the Platform. Game providers are independently responsible for the operation and fairness of their respective titles.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to read and understand the applicable rules of any game or betting market before placing a wager.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

92jito is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The Platform is intended purely for entertainment. If gaming ceases to be fun and begins to feel compulsive, distressing, or financially harmful, we urge you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your Account dashboard.

Available responsible gaming tools on 92jito include:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive an on-screen notification after a set period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). The restriction takes effect immediately and cannot be lifted early.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. A self-excluded player is contractually barred from opening a new Account for the duration of the exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take effect immediately upon confirmation.

Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 92jito holds its international gaming licence. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described below.

Internal Complaints Process. Before escalating any dispute to formal legal proceedings, players must first exhaust the 92jito internal complaints process:

1. Submit a written complaint to 92jito support via live chat, clearly setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking.
2. 92jito will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 calendar days.

Any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which the claimant became aware, or reasonably should have become aware, of the facts giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period are time-barred.
